RECENT JUDGEMENT OF CONVICTION ETC:
1.
Case
FIR No. 1/99
dated 1-03-1999 was registered at PS AC Zone Shimla against Sh.
Yash Pal Singh, Teshil Welfare Officer, for embezzlement of Govt.
money meant for the pensioners
of tehsil
area. After completion of investigation, challan was presented
in the court of Ld. Spl. Judge (F) Shimla
for judicial verdict. The trial ended with rigorous
punishment for maximum two
years with fine
under PC Act and relevant sections of IPC vide judgement
dated 7-06-2005.
2.
Case
FIR No. 1/97 dated 6-05-97 was registered at PS AC Zone Chamba
against Sh. Rajinder Kumar, Vice Chairman and Sh. Kundan
Lal Soka, officer Superintendent BDO office Mehlam district
Chamba that during the year 1992-94 Panchayat Samiti Mehla
executed work of kuhal
from Manotha to Chelai in which false M. rolls
have been prepared and Govt. exchequer put o loss of Rs.
8470/-. The
investigation completed and challan presented in the court of
Ld. Spl. Judge, Chamba and
after completion of trial both the accused have been
sentenced for
rigorous imprisonment of four years
with fine under
the sections
of IPC and PC Act.

Case
FIR No. 3/2003 dated 16-07-2003 u/s 7 & 13(2) PC Act, 1988
was registered at PS AC Zone Kullu against Sh. Amar Nath,
Patwari, Patwar Circle Laran Kelo of Settlement.
The case was registered
on the basis of complaint made by Sh. Rajesh Rashpa that
the said Patwari is demanding bribe worth Rs. 1000/- from him in
lieu of division of
land between two parties. On
this report raiding party constituted and said Patwari caught
red handed while accepting bribe worth Rs. 1000/-. The challan
was presented after completion of investigation and Spl. Judge
Kullu convicted the
accused with
imprisonment of three year and fine of Rs. 10,000/-.
4.
Case
FIR No. 2/99 dated 12-03-99 was registered at PS AC Zone Kullu
against Sh. Sher Singh, Naib Tehsildar and Sh. Yagya Prasad,
Patwari,Kullu. Briefly, allegations
are that Sh. Yagya Prakash, Patwari and Sh. Sher Singh, Naib
Tehsildar have tampered with the revenue record and caused undue
benefits by enlarging the land in the name of one Minu Ram
at main market Manali. The challan was presented in the
court and Ld. Spl. Judge convicted all the accused
person vide judgement dated
30-07-2005 with
3 years rigorous imprisonment and fine under PC Act, and
relevant sections of IPC.
5.
Case
FIR No. 4/2003 dated 10-12-2005 u/s 7 & 13(2) PC Act, PS AC
Zone Hamipur against Sh. Nirmal Singh. Sub Inspector of Police,
the then Addl. SHO Hamirpur. He was caught red handed while
accepting a bribe of Rs. 2000/-. After completion of
investigation challan was presented in the court of Ld. Spl.
Judge, Hamirpur and the accused Nirmal Singh convicted
for three
year imprisonment with fine of Rs. 1000/- under sections 7 &
13(2) PC Act, 1988 vide judgement dated 30-07-2005.
